James Auckland
After an impressive career as an ATP professional, GB Davis Cupper and Grand Slam player, James wanted a new challenge…so he had three kids!  Though he's a Level 5 Master Performance Coach who has worked with top 100 players, he says playing tennis with his kids has reminded him of the joy tennis can bring to people’s lives. As our lead programme designer, if young ones are busy splatting monsters in their space-themed tots sessions or not so young ones are re-living last week's winning shots in the pub, James can go to bed happy... until his kids wake him up, that is.
Will Flavell
Having recently finished playing on the pro circuit, Will has successfully completed his Level 3 RPT course. He has partnered Marcus Willis on tour and still plays to an extremely high level, making him a formidable hitting partner. Will still competes regularly to a strong county standard and enjoys building relationships with both the junior and adult players he works with.Private lessons are £30/hrContact Will on 07538 996195
Luke Jesse
Every kid loves Luke! Currently studying for a Sports Science degree at university, Luke has a particular affinity working with groups of kids from tots to teens. With a family history of GB skiers, it’s no surprise that Luke is also an accomplished Ski and Snowboard instructor. So whether you want to reach the summit of tennis or simply have fun gliding across the court, Cool Hand Luke is the man to get you there!Private lessons are £30/hrContact Luke on 07397 564091
Petr Kucera
As an aspiring young professional, Petr grew up in the Czech Republic training alongside Tomas Berdych and Martina Hingis. Since moving to the UK, Petr set up the successful indoor performance programme at Aldershot and developed a number of county standard players. As a Level 3 coach, Petr now oversees all our programmes around Surrey and serves as Head Coach at Onslow Village LTC. At weekends he enjoys teaching his 4 year old daughter how to rip backhands! Become a Premier Tennis coach

We employ coaches at different levels to run and support a wide variety of programmes. Currently, there are opportunities to coach on our club, school, park and holiday club programmes, as well as individual private lessons which we are regularly asked about.

All Premier Tennis coaches are required to be DBS checked and have the relevant first aid qualification; they must also successfully demonstrate their coaching ability and attend training sessions with our coaching team as required. Get in touch with us to find out more.

What do Premier Tennis coaches receive?

Premier Tennis coaches are rewarded well, and in return, we expect a high degree of professionalism – which is nothing less than our customers demand or deserve.

We have excellent opportunities for ongoing coach education with our in-house partner Growing the Game. This enables us to create bespoke coaching courses for achieving Level 1 and 2 or above, often at a discount, with like-minded and motivated coaches.

You will also benefit from our own additional training, as we are committed to ensuring all our coaches are fully up to speed on age-appropriate drills and teaching techniques, as well as customer service expectations.

Further off-court support is available to our in-house coaches and local partners in the form of mentoring, marketing, customer service and administration, finance and legal advice.
